Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material available on our site infringes on your copyright, please send us a DMCA Takedown Notice. To be valid, your notice must be in writing and include the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Specify the exact URL(s) or other unique identifying information of the material that you claim is infringing, and sufficient information to permit "Deadly Fungus Spreading" to locate that material.
  3. Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or access was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you may send us a DMCA Counter-Notification. To be valid, your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following information:

  • Identification of the Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Deadly Fungus Spreading" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.
